We spent our first holiday at the new house…..working of course. This is our deluxe dining room. We can’t stand the smell or lack of AC inside.
Gleam in his eye and a pep in his step can only mean one thing. … DEMO DAY! The first of several demo days at this house.
We pulled all carpet out of the house and found a mold colony that a scientist would be jealous of. Mold in the living room, which was expected, and mold in all three bedrooms under the carpet. We made one other frightening discovery, each of the three bedrooms have locks on the OUTSIDE of the rooms. Not sure what or who was locked in, but we find that quite disturbing. Old appliances were removed to make way for walls to come down and the rest of the flooring to come out.
All of the nasty, moldy carpet from the entire house! The dumpster will be arriving soon to carry all this nasty away. 🙂
