We have a laundry room or at least the subfloor for one. We placed floor joists and sub floor in what was the attached storage room. Once a HVAC vent is placed it will count towards the living area of the house.
We also ran 7 of the 19 circuits for the house this weekend. After a little redneck engineering Brady was able to sit in a camping chair on the scaffolding while I pushed him along to run the long stretches of wiring. He said riding in his hillbilly chariot was much better than moving and going up/down the ladder. As you can see from the pictures, he was quite relaxed.
