Standing on New Floor
We have a laundry room or at least the subfloor for one. We placed floor joists and sub floor in what was the attached storage room. We have Floor Joists!
No new roof, but we do have non-rotten floor joists! The rain has not quit since the roof was dropped but Brady has single handedly replaced the rotten main beam and rehung floor joist on one side of the house.
